Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support financial reporting and month-end processes, including accruals, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting across key operational areas
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support general ledger integrity
• Support prizemoney payments and reconciliation to industry participants
• Assist in statutory reporting and the external audit process
• Contribute to tax compliance processes (BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax)
• Assist with weekly cashflow monitoring and creditor payments
• Identify and support process and cost efficiency improvements across Finance

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A formal accounting qualification (or working towards)
• Experience using ERP accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel capability and strong Microsoft Office skills
• The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
• A team oriented mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
