THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our client Group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Journal preparation and processing
• Month-end reporting activities
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assisting with audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Financial analysis and reporting support
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiency

ABOUT YOU

You are an emerging finance professional who wants to learn, grow and contribute.

You will bring:

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
• Approximately 3+ years’ accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable

• CPA studies commenced or intending to commence • Experience in management accounting • Experience within community services, NDIS, or healthcare environments • Experience using cloud-based accounting systems
