    Requirements
    • At least 2 years of healthcare and/or medical device experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
    • A university degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
    • Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
    • Basic mathematics and analytical ability.
    • The ability to collaborate in a team environment.
    • The ability to formulate reports and present findings.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, and Teams.
    • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends.
    • The ability to travel and work regularly in the field throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
    • A current Australian driver’s licence.
    • Eligibility to travel to the United States.
    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and support the management of devices, products, and programs.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of surgical procedures, surgical equipment, and the operating theatre environment.
    • Support product life-cycle stages, including researching and identifying clinical and customer needs, market analysis, launch and implementation, and post-market surveillance.
    • Monitor and analyse the market, company devices, and competing devices.
    • Identify opportunities for product expansion into the market.
    • Use multiple information sources to define clinical needs, present findings to the team, and collaborate with team members to drive projects.
    • Lead and contribute to market-share growth through product-awareness campaigns, workshops, and tradeshows, and support the Field Implementation Team.
    • Support product development and enhancement projects.
    • Participate in cross-departmental projects.
    • Build working relationships with healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and promote the company brand and culture.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience communicating with healthcare professionals in an operating theatre environment.
    • Experience delivering presentations.
    • Knowledge of gynaecologic and general surgical products and procedures.
    • Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand healthcare systems and dynamics.
