Requirements

Significant understanding of facility performance and sustainability.
Strong understanding of facility heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, chillers, and mechanical and electrical systems.
Previous experience supervising or directing the work of other technicians.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-focused approach.
Sound commercial and business acumen.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to program or code software.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Service Operations Teams and Sales Teams for facility performance tasks.
Identify, review, and track Facility Performance Opportunities.
Manage OpenBlue Connected workflows and deliver PSA activities.
Manage outcomes and resolutions for OpenBlue Connected sites.
Prepare OpenBlue Connected site reports.
Manage global rules for OpenBlue Connected sites.
Provide digital solutions operational training and update communications.
Assist Client Solutions Managers and Service Account Managers with engineering support for roadmaps and return-on-investment models.
Manage OpenBlue Connected chillers.
Deliver work to Johnson Controls customers within predetermined financial and non-financial objectives.
Lead Frontline Service Professionals and Client Solutions Managers to drive growth.
Provide monthly reporting on Facility Performance Opportunities, OpenBlue Connected activities, and Connected Chillers forecasting.
Deliver contractual monitoring reports, create and execute measurement and verification plans, and perform custom data analysis on time-series datasets, including interval utility data, building automation system trend data, and other logged data series.
