We’re on the hunt for a sharp, delivery-focused Business Analyst who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive business analysis and documentation across the software delivery lifecycle
• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements
• Facilitate engaging design and requirements workshops
• Collaborate closely with developers and UX to shape clear user stories
• Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria that teams love
• Identify and document high-value business priorities and MVP scope
• Translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions
• Continuously improve tools, practices, and delivery quality
• Champion strong security and ISMS-aligned ways of working

Experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
• 5+ years working in Agile teams
• Proven delivery across full lifecycle enterprise projects
• Experience working with distributed or geographically separated teams
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or similar

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Sharp requirements gathering and documentation capability
• Ability to write clear, concise, high-quality user stories
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Highly Regarded

• Financial services experience (registry/trading a strong plus)
• Experience with BDD / Cucumber (specification by example)
