Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive (Entry Level | Fintech), you will acquire merchants for payment technology and merchant services. You will join a fintech-payments team in Sydney or Melbourne, with full training provided and no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities:

* Acquire merchants for payment technology and merchant services

* Prospect and engage new merchant clients

* Close deals and onboard merchants

* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve targets

Qualifications Needed:

* No prior sales experience required; full training provided

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in fintech sales

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

What the Company Offers:

* A$55,000 base with advertised OTE of approximately A$80,000–A$100,000
