As a Credit Analyst, you will make lending decisions, analyse borrower risk and contribute to credit strategy within a hybrid Sydney-based fintech lending environment.

Responsibilities:

* Make lending decisions based on analysis of borrower risk and financial information.

* Analyse borrower creditworthiness and assess lending applications.

* Contribute to credit strategy and continuous improvement of credit processes.

* Maintain accurate credit documentation and decision records.

Qualifications Needed:

* Experience in credit analysis or lending decision-making.

* Strong analytical skills for assessing borrower risk.

* Understanding of credit assessment frameworks and lending criteria.

* Attention to detail in credit documentation and reporting.
