Requirements
- Support the definition, refinement, and ongoing enhancement of BT’s data management framework.
- Collaborate with Divisional and Group teams on data management framework and best practice
- Translate framework elements into practical processes that can be embedded across Projects, IT, Analytics, and AI workflows.
- Work with project teams to integrate data governance checkpoints, quality controls, metadata requirements, and lineage considerations into delivery practices.
- Partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure data management principles are applied during system changes, data migrations, AI model development, and platform uplift activities.
- Support the operationalisation and monitoring of:+ AI Risk Management Standard, including risk assessment activities for AI-enabled solutions.
- Support the operationalisation of the Data Risk Management Policy, helping teams understand obligations related to quality, privacy, access, and security.
Responsibilities
- Support the Data governance activities in strengthening BT’s data foundations and embedding data management practices across delivery workflows.
- Operationalise data governance and uplift data capability across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with AI Risk Management Standard and Data Risk Management Policy.
- Work closely with Data & Analytics, IT, Projects, AI teams, and business stakeholders to establish a consistent, scalable approach to managing and governing data across core systems.
