    JOBĀ  SUMMARY

    This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage spreadsheets. This is a role for a curious closer who also happens to be a genuine relationship builder — someone who can convert a warm signed-up lead into an engaged, paying, loyal customer. You will work with inbound leads in the SMB market (organisations up to 500 employees), grow our existing customer base, and help businesses across Australia .

     

    About you:

    • 3–5 years in SMB B2B SaaS or technology sales, full-cycle preferred
    • A natural connector — people enjoy talking to you and you know how to move a conversation forward with warmth and purpose
    • You ask great questions, listen well, and lead with curiosity before you lead with the pitch
    • Comfortable running product demonstrations and translating features into outcomes that matter to each buyer
    • Self-managed and disciplined — you take ownership of your pipeline and your results without being chased
    • YourĀ curiosity and willingness to try new things knows no bounds
    • Your enthusiasm for what you do isĀ evidentĀ and contagious
    • ProficiencyĀ with CRM platforms to manage pipeline and report on activity
    • Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, surface insights, and engage customers more effectively
    • Familiarity with Compliance,Ā RegTech, HR Tech, or workforce management technology is an advantage

     

    What you will be doing:

    • Engage and convert warm inbound leads through digital channels — email, chat, social, and webinars
    • Interrogate the data to work out where the blockers are
    • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations that feel like genuine conversations, notĀ salesĀ presentations
    • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to paid conversion, with a target ramp to full quota within 90 days
    • Grow revenue from existing customers through upsell and cross-sell acrossĀ KinaticoĀ Compliance andĀ KinaticoĀ CVCheck
    • MaintainĀ accurate, up-to-date pipeline hygiene in your CRM so you always know what is moving and what needs attention
    • Qualify out quickly and decisively to stay focused on accounts with genuine fit and intent
    • Use AI tools to surface insights from customer interactions and continuously sharpen your approach
    • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless handover and a customer journey that generates positive NPS
    • Partner with MarketingĀ & ProductĀ to share what you are seeing in market — what customers are buying, why, and what is resonating
    • Feed customer requirements, objections, and emerging needs into the Product roadmap
