As a Finance Manager, you will own the end-to-end finance function for a digital-asset fintech, overseeing financial controls, executive reporting, and strategic decision support for a growing Australian platform.

Responsibilities:

* Own the finance function, including month-end close, financial reporting, and maintenance of robust internal controls

* Prepare and present executive-level reporting packs, variance analysis, and board materials for leadership and investors

* Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies

* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across accounting and finance operations as the business scales

Qualifications Needed:

* Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive finance experience

* Strong technical accounting skills, including financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance in a fintech or digital-asset environment

* Demonstrated experience owning a finance function or senior finance responsibilities in a high-growth business

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership and present financial insights clearly
