How will you help?

• Lead the design and implementation of standardised, scalable finance processes across the network
• Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and turnaround times and enhance financial controls and data integrity
• Lead end-to-end finance integration of newly acquired or greenfield centres
• Develop and execute structured integration and transformation plans
• Ensure seamless transition with no disruption to revenue or practitioner payment cycles
• Oversee optimisation of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including patient billing (Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, private), bulk billing vs private billing controls and receipting accuracy and timeliness
• Lead transformation and standardisation of practitioner payment processes
• Design and implement best-practice banking and cash management frameworks
• Lead integration and optimisation of finance systems, including Practice management systems (e.g., Best Practice, Medical Director), accounting platforms and revenue and doctor payment tools (e.g., Cubiko Calculate)

What you’ll need to make it possible:

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional with strong exposure to transformation initiatives or integration projects. Experience working across healthcare sites or multi location clinical environments is desirable. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record of improving finance system processes, driving efficiency, and supporting business growth through sound financial practices.

The successful candidate will ideally bring a deep understanding of key operational finance areas, including revenue cycle and medical billing processes, as well as banking, receipting, and reconciliation workflows.
