As a Financial Controller, you will lead the build-out of finance infrastructure for a high-growth technology company, overseeing financial control, reporting, and finance operations while contributing to growth planning and team leadership. This role is pivotal in establishing scalable finance processes for a scaling organisation.

Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting frameworks
* Oversee finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
* Lead growth planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Manage and develop a high-performing finance team

Qualifications Needed:

* CA/CPA qualification with significant post-qualification experience
* Proven experience in financial control and reporting within high-growth environments
* Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
* Experience with technology or fintech-adjacent businesses is preferred
