Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce management ideally within banking or financial services operations, combined with strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate it into clear, practical insights
- Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and a proficiency in one or more contemporary scripting language (SQL, Python, R, etc.) with the confidence to analyse data and present clear, meaningful insights
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns and opportunities to produce Medium- to Long-term Volume & FTE forecasts for business partners
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with Team Managers, Senior Managers, and Executives and to present insights and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way for the business
Responsibilities
- Translate business changes, trends and data into clear, forward-looking workforce plans.
- Build and refine forecasts and explore different scenarios.
- Turn complex data into insights that support smart decisions, ensuring the organization is set up with the right capability, at the right time, to deliver for customers.
- Partner closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand business drivers, present meaningful insights, and support decisions on recruitment, training, and workforce strategy through clear, data-led recommendations.
