As Head of Compliance, you will lead regulatory compliance, policies, controls, and regulatory obligations at a cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring adherence to Australian regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Lead regulatory compliance and policies.
* Oversee compliance controls and regulatory obligations.
* Engage with regulators and manage compliance reporting.
* Lead compliance team and training initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

* Extensive experience in compliance, preferably in crypto or fintech.
* Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements.
* Experience with regulatory engagement and reporting.
* Leadership and communication skills.
