About the role: 
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work with customers who have already expressed an interest in our client HUB, helping them take the next step in their journey. You’ll respond to enquiries and manage inbound calls, so there’s no cold calling!

You’ll build genuine connections with customers, understand what they’re looking to achieve and make the application process as easy and seamless as possible. From answering questions to guiding customers through their application, you’ll be there to provide the support and confidence they need to keep moving forward.

Key responsibilities: 

• Own and manage a pipeline of inbound customer enquiries, progressing applications through to funded loans
• Use a customer focused approach to understand needs, explain options clearly, and confidently address questions or concerns
• Engage customers across phone, email, SMS, and live chat to drive sales conversion and deliver a seamless experience
• Proactively re-engage warm leads and stalled applications to maximise conversion opportunities
• Deliver personalised customer experiences while maintaining a strong focus on responsible lending and compliance
• Maintain accurate CRM records, capture insights, and escalate complex cases where required
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance

About you:

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused or sales role (e.g. call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close opportunities
• Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
