About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer – Our client  Builder HUB  to drive end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs within a banking environment. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with Agile leadership, focusing on Power Curve Collections (PCC) implementation, integration strategy, and scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Power Curve Collections (PCC v3.x) solutions
• Develop collections workflows, decisioning logic, and treatment strategies using PCC Studio
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs integrating PCC with core banking, CRM, and external systems
• Enhance UI and functionality using JavaScript (Page Designer)
• Write and optimize SQL queries for performance, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production/UAT support
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives
• Drive CI/CD automation and deployment improvements

Key Requirements

• 10+ years in technology delivery, preferably in banking/financial services
• Strong expertise in PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and PCC IDE
• Proven experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP), Kafka/event-driven architecture, and data integration
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle/PLSQL)
• Strong experience with Agile delivery and leading squads
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills
• Strong exposure to core banking, payments, risk, or digital platforms
