JOB  SUMMARY

What You’ll Do:

• Dive into complex platform, database, and integration issues, delivering smart, auditable solutions.
• Build scripts and internal tools to make support faster, smarter, and more efficient.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to escalate, validate, and resolve issues.
• Document processes, create runbooks, and expand our internal knowledge base.
• Engage with customers and internal teams with clear, professional communication.

What You Bring:

• Strong software engineering or platform support experience.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to debug, optimise, and analyse queries.
• Comfortable reading code (Java, C#, Python, Typescript, or similar) and working with APIs.
• Analytical, methodical, and always curious about how systems work end-to-end.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
