Requirements
- Strong technical background as a Solutions Architect, Implementation leader, or Solution Consultant in a SaaS or CRM environment.
- 5+ years working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms, with credibility handling advanced use cases, integrations, and custom solutions.
- Strong understanding of HubSpotās architecture, data model, integration, AI use cases, and common upmarket implementations.
- Experience coaching partners, technical consultants, or presales teams on how to approach complex deals and implementations.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts in a clear, practical way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience engaging Corporate or Mid Market customers and navigating more advanced requirements.
- Comfortable navigating evolving processes and expanding product capabilities.
- Confident communicator who can run technical workshops, present to executives, and guide partners through solution design.
- Willing to travel up to 25% for partner onboarding, meetings, and deal coverage.
Responsibilities
- Join the upmarket partner acquisition process to show how HubSpot supports larger customers. Provide tailored demos, technical validation, competitive positioning, and early solution guidance for prospective partners.
- Lead the technical activation of new upmarket partners. Deliver technical onboarding and coach partners on HubSpot positioning, advanced use cases, and how to compete effectively against other platforms.
- Provide ongoing technical enablement for both new and established partners. This includes solution reviews, integration guidance, advanced use cases, AI transformation, and practice development.
- Review and validate partner solutions for early deals. Ensure their scope, architecture, and implementation plans follow HubSpot best practices and put them in a strong position to win upmarket opportunities.
- Co-deliver new partnersā first implementations. Review technical design, provide hands-on guidance, and help partners build confidence delivering complex use cases independently.
- Serve as the technical liaison between partners and HubSpot. Bring product and technical feedback directly to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Work with regional Solutions and Partner leadership to ensure the partner strategy is consistent across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
