As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for cryptocurrency exchange infrastructure and internal systems, ensuring smooth operations for a crypto platform in Australia.

Responsibilities:

* Provide second-line technical support for exchange infrastructure and internal systems
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and escalate where required
* Maintain documentation and support procedures for crypto exchange operations
* Collaborate with engineering and security teams on system reliability and security

Qualifications Needed:

* IT support experience, ideally in fintech, crypto or financial services environments
* Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, networks and applications
* Familiarity with security practices relevant to cryptocurrency or financial systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
