What you’ll do
The Integrated Marketing Manager, ANZ will lead end-to-end development, execution, and performance analysis of strategic marketing campaigns and business initiatives across the region. You’ll own the connection between commercial priorities and brand, product, and customer acquisition, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with growth marketing and data-driven decision making.
As a strategic and data-driven marketer, you will orchestrate impactful integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to bring our client HUB vision to life and deliver measurable new customer and revenue outcomes.
The role is based in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of strategic, commercial marketing campaigns in ANZ, across paid, owned, and earned media channels
- Collaborate with the global growth marketing team to ensure the growth marketing roadmap reflects strategic projects and priorities
- Support annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, and representing Marketing in key cross-functional forums when required.
- Define campaign objectives, set KPIs, forecast results and implement measurement frameworks to analyse performance, extracting actionable insights to continually optimise and improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with the wider Commercial team on understanding current performance and opportunities to adjust strategy to improve outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand and PR to ensure campaign integration and alignment with business priorities and brand guidelines
- Prepare and present clear post-campaign analysis and reporting, including actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and demonstrating return on investment
- Support localisation of global marketing strategies for ANZ, taking into account market nuances and audience insights

- You are a data-driven and results-oriented marketer with a strong track record in integrated campaign management or growth marketing
- You see AI as a force-multiplier and you use AI creatively to maximise your own efficiency and effectiveness
- You are analytical, data-driven, and experienced in reporting on multi-channel marketing performance and ROI
- You are strategic, creative, and obsessive about delivering high-impact campaigns that drive business results
- You excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adeptly manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
- You have strong project management and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners
- You take ownership, move quickly, and solve problems proactively
Minimum qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or a similar function within B2B, fintech, or technology sectors
- Demonstrable experience leading 360-degree marketing campaigns across performance marketing, brand, events, content, and PR channels
- Proven ability to work with data to drive decisions – comfortable building and interpreting dashboards, analysing trends, and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Looker and GA4 strongly preferred
- Track record of working in or with high-growth start-ups or tech companies
