Requirements
- Demonstrated high standards of oral and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with varying levels of the organisation and customer base
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer or business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- A reliable vehicle is required, and kilometre reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel
- Some regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarter
- Territory is South Sydney/Metro and surrounds; residence in Australia with full working rights required to apply
- Reside in Australia and have full-working rights to apply for the role
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region, including meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance
- Collaborate to drive customer satisfaction through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels
- Maintain accurate call cycle compliance, deliver efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery maximizing allocated in-store hours, and actively demonstrate ITW culture, health and safety practices and standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising experience would be highly desirable but not essential
