Our client HUB “Operations and Compliance Officer” role was focused on fintech operations, payments compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support for their bill-payment platform.

Typical responsibilities included:

Monitoring transactions and suspicious activity

Supporting AML/CTF compliance processes

Managing payment disputes and fraud investigations

Preparing compliance reports and audits

Working with banks and payment partners

Handling operational escalations and customer issues

Improving internal operational processes

Skills requirement:

Experience in compliance, banking, fintech, or operations

Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations

Attention to detail and risk awareness

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with payment systems or financial services platforms

Pay: From $6,250.00 per month
