    In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to strengthen compliance outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and help shape a strong governance framework in a fast-evolving environment.

    You’ll play a key role in driving compliance transformation, enhancing risk awareness, and ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change, work with senior leaders, and contribute to the continued success of a global organisation committed to innovation and customer excellence.

    You will also be responsible for the following:

    Reporting to the Head of Compliance ANZ, you will act as a trusted partner across the business, supporting a range of transformation initiatives to strengthen and uplift our existing compliance frameworks and programs across our Australian and New Zealand operations.

    • Implement and maintain enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment to Group frameworks and local laws
    • Support, advise and conduct compliance risk training
    • Conduct regular risk, compliance and privacy assessments, ensuring gaps are identified and addressed promptly
    • Support compliance reporting to executive and board committees
    • Support BAU compliance advisory activities.

    To be successful, you will have the following:

    • Proven experience in a senior risk, compliance and privacy roles, ideally within financial services or insurance
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk, Compliance, Business or Law
    • Strong working knowledge with AFSL and Australian Corporations Act obligations
    • Clear communication skills and confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders
    • Innovative thinker to support business strategy
    • Proactive and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
    • Knowledge of New Zealand regulatory environment and/ general insurance advantageous
