    JOB   DETAILS

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform SMD soldering and assembly of electronic components, ensuring precise and accurate workmanship.

    · Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of electronic systems, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the production process.

    · Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production processes and optimize efficiency.

    · Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and product specifications.

    · QA inspections on finished products

    · Utilize testing equipment and tools to perform functional tests and ensure the reliability of the manufactured products.

    · Document and maintain accurate records of production activities, test results, and any necessary adjustments or repairs.

    · Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Requirements:

    · Technical qualification such as a degree or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.

    · Proven experience in SMD soldering, including the use of soldering irons, reflow irons, and related equipment.

    · Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    · Familiarity with quality assurance processes and the ability to perform inspections and tests to ensure product reliability.

    · Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

    · Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise soldering work.

    · Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    · Knowledge of safety practices and the ability to follow protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

    · Previous experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
