Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, and system design.
- Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems.
- Understanding of security, reliability, data quality and edge cases.
- Ability to balance speed, quality and risk in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Build backend services, APIs and workflows for the AI Neobank app.
- Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions and partner integrations.
- Improve system reliability, observability, security and performance.
- Collaborate with product, mobile, and operations teams to ship journeys quickly.
- Integrate with banks, payment gateways, insurers and data providers.
