JOB   SUMMARY

About the Role

Drive the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions within the flight and general ledger, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and reporting deadlines while delivering high-quality financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• To create, review and send monthly customer invoices in accordance with customer contracts and agreements on a timely basis.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions are generated and processed within required timeframes.
• Ensures a professional Billing and Receivables service is provided to the company and its clients.
• Responsible for ensuring that applicable recharges for individual customers are reviewed against contracts and billed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for coding and processing of flight ledger costs per customer agreement.
• Maintain and reconcile the flight performance data back to source systems.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong skills in reviewing, interpreting, and understanding contracts.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to acquire sufficient technical knowledge to understand the company’s key business drivers.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and performance.
• Strong communication and well-developed initiative and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximise performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
