JOB  SUMMARY

Duties & responsibilities:

• Meet monthly KPI targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand our customer base
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Have knowledge of Australian Standards for Windows and Building Code of Australia (highly desirable)
• A proactive construction professional with a strong local network (highly desirable)

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales skills and drive to close deals
• Confidence in creating new sales opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passionate and dedicated approach to work
• Full Australian working rights and current residence
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
