As a Senior Auditor in Group Internal Audit, you will deliver risk-based audits across a diverse and complex financial services environment, leveraging data analytics and emerging AI capabilities to strengthen risk management and drive meaningful improvements.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, lead and deliver high-quality risk-based audits in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.

* Prepare clear, insightful audit reports and recommendations for management, and complete issue closure verification.

* Leverage technology and data analytics to improve audit coverage, efficiency, and insights, including supporting the development and use of AI within Internal Audit.

* Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and emerging risks, providing practical insights to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications Needed:

* Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.

* Proven experience across Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Assurance, or Compliance within a complex financial services environment.

* Strong understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory landscape, including ASIC and APRA requirements.

* Experience using data analytics to support audit activities (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI), and experience or capability using generative or agentic AI to enhance audit approaches.
