JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience creating executive-level materials.
- Experience with business analysis and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Experience with data analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Must be open to travelling extensively and be on-site for a period of time.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing processes, systems, and data solutions.
- Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design future state solutions.
- Consume data analysis and identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
- Develop process maps, current-state and future-state models, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and prioritise requirements.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready communications, including analysis, recommendations, and status updates.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition into business as usual.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within complex, change driven environments.
- Proven ability to analyse business processes, systems, and interpret data to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills to present findings effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related certifications preferred.
- Payments and card industry experience is highly preferred.
- Past experience in developing markets would be prioritise
