As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will deliver financial reporting and finance operations support within a high-growth fintech, partnering with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis for senior finance stakeholders

* Support finance operations, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable oversight, and month-end close

* Assist with regulatory reporting, compliance submissions, and external audit coordination

* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and reporting efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

* Degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 3+ years of financial reporting experience

* Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth technology environment preferred

* Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools

* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
