Requirements
- Knowledge of general insurance products, processes and pricing systems, with experience using tools such as Guidewire PolicyCenter and Earnix
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Effective planning and coordination skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver outcomes
- Ability to follow documented processes with minimal supervision, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Track and document price changes, maintain an accurate pricing database, and adhere to governance requirements
- Develop and maintain materials for rating structures, testing processes, and pricing deployments
- Perform testing and improve testing tools and processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate price testing and deployment, providing clear communication and professional support
- Analyse and resolve test results to address errors before deployment, while demonstrating a customer-focused approach and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support
