JOB  SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and lead a strategic product vision, partnering with Product Owners to deliver outcomes within risk, conduct and regulatory parameters.
• Operating Model: Own key elements of the end-to-end operating model for home lending products and programs.
• Risk & Compliance: Lead governance outcomes including regulatory uplift and control enhancements.
• Delivery Ownership: Take products from strategic concept through to execution, working across technology, risk and analytics teams to land outcomes at pace.
• Executive Influence: Prepare high-quality risk committee and board papers, acting as a senior delegate on matters requiring judgement or escalation.

 We’re Looking for People Who Have:

• Extensive Product Management experience within regulated financial services environments.
• Expertise in home buying products or home loan operations (candidates from fintechs, mutuals or challenger banks are also encouraged to apply).
• A sharp, commercial and strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to take ideas through to delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior, matrixed stakeholders and balance commercial outcomes with regulatory expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive and board-level papers.
• Fast learners who operate at pace, with a hands-on approach and the creativity to drive results.
