Requirements
- 7+ years software engineering experience across analysis, design, coding, testing and support of software
- Have a passion for software along with enthusiasm and ability to quickly master new technologies and skills. Have a good understanding of Fundamental concepts of creating maintainable, testable software
- Backend and/or frontend development and associated technologies
- Full‑stack development experience (backend preferred)
- Strong in .NET (C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET) and REST APIs
- Solid frontend skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON
Responsibilities
- Develop enhancements for Honeywell’s building solutions across the full software lifecycle
- Apply Agile practices (Scrum) and iterative development methods
- Provide responsive support for deployed software solutions
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices in development and processes
- Mentor and support the growth of team members
- Deliver results aligned to goals, including: High productivity and quality; Timely delivery; Adherence to standards; Strong responsiveness to customer needs
Desired Qualifications
- Agile, CI/CD, and testing experience
- Strong debugging and scalable design skills
- Experience with React/Angular and backend systems
- Understanding of secure software development
- Data analytics or mobile development exposure
- Experience working with distributed teams
