Requirements
- A degree in Software, Electrical, Avionics, or another relevant engineering field is required.
- At least 6 years of postgraduate experience in category employment is required.
- NV1 security clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expert support for software activities.
- Manage software integration activities.
- Support cyber certification activities.
- Review technical contractual artefacts for compliance with the Statement of Work and Functional Performance Specification, and support management system reviews and technical working groups.
- Assess technical and design packages to support verification and validation and certification.
- Assess technical risk related to software management of industry partners.
- Support the development and review of test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and manage software-related requirements for the material system.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in unmanned aerial systems, aviation, or defence software engineering.
