• Engaging stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Analysing systems, data and processes to identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities
• Developing functional requirements, user stories and analysis artefacts that support solution design and delivery
• Supporting testing, implementation and delivery activities to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements
• Working collaboratively with technical teams to align business needs with system and architectural constraints
• Operating within established security, governance and compliance frameworks

• Demonstrated experience or exposure in ICT business analysis and technical analysis
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• The ability to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Strong systems, data and process analysis skills within security and governance constraints
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a delivery‑focused environment

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to integration, digital or enterprise platforms
• Government or public sector experience
