JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role involving data, analytics, or artificial intelligence projects.
- Understand how large language models, machine learning, and automation tools work, with hands-on experience using enterprise artificial intelligence and automation platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record of identifying operational problems, assessing their commercial value, and leading solutions through delivery.
- Be comfortable operating in Agile delivery environments and using Jira and Confluence.
- Have strong experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Have knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible artificial intelligence principles.
- Have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of Brighte’s business, processes, and data landscape to identify, prioritise, and roadmap artificial intelligence and automation opportunities based on commercial impact and feasibility.
- Build business cases connecting technology solutions to measurable outcomes, including cost-benefit and risk analysis.
- Redesign broken or inefficient workflows and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure systems, including data flows, integrations, and application programming interface specifications.
- Build documented, repeatable processes that transfer across teams, with continuous optimisation after launch.
- Partner with functional leaders and facilitate workshops to align initiatives with Brighte’s strategic roadmap, acting as a key liaison in Agile delivery.
- Act as the liaison between infrastructure, data, and systems architecture while maintaining governance across data quality, performance, and testing.
