We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Analyst to join our technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality assurance and ensuring applications meet functional, performance, and user experience standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.

• Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality.

• Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and QA documentation.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint testing activities.

• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

• Validate new features, enhancements, and system changes before release.

🧠 Requirements

• Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is beneficial.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA training is an advantage.

• Previous experience in testing or quality assurance is preferred but not required.
