As a Trade Services Executive at CMC Markets, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of “Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers” award.

What you’ll be working on

As our new Trade Services Executive, you’ll:

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Provide our clients a world-class experience.

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What will help you be successful?

• Strong customer service orientation and thrives in a client-centric environment.
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the global financial markets, CFD trading, or investments industry.
• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Shows resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
