JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian/Other Similar workflow application solution design and development
- Total IT industry engineering experience of over 10 years
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale workflow applications preferably Appian
- Demonstrated experience in data model design, solution design and/or architecture roles, preferably within large or complex organisations
- Strong system integration experience, including integration with legacy systems and cloud-based platforms
- Proven ability to deliver solutions using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Appian solutions
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade Appian solutions, providing technical leadership to the development team and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
- Design and oversee complex solutions, including integrations with legacy and cloud-based systems
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs
- Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing ambiguity to drive clarity while balancing business needs, technical constraints, and enterprise standards
Desired Qualifications
- Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable
