KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review product concepts and provide actionable, honest feedback
• Participate in periodic team calls to discuss product direction
• Share insights on broker workflows, commissions, and operations
• Introduce relevant industry professionals for research conversations
• Identify gaps between product design and real-world usage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a mortgage broker, finance broker, or brokerage support professional
• Strong understanding of broker commission structures and business operations
• Experience in Australia, Ireland, or the United Kingdom markets
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with mortgage or insurance broking tools and systems
• Strong professional network within the broking industry
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies
