JOB  DETAILS

This is a hands-on technical support role sitting close to engineering, product, customer delivery and partner teams. You’ll investigate platform issues, support API integrations, contribute to incident response, and help improve the way support is delivered as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Investigating and resolving technical issues raised by customers, partners and internal teams
• Supporting API and partner integrations, troubleshooting requests, responses and data flows
• Using tools such as SQL, Postman, monitoring dashboards and logs to diagnose issues
• Participating in incident response, evidence gathering, stakeholder updates and follow-up actions
• Improving dashboards, alerts, runbooks, knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
• Supporting release and change readiness by validating issues, monitoring and sharing learnings
• Working with Engineering and Product to identify recurring issues and improve platform reliability

What we’re looking for

• Experience in application support, technical support or production support
• Comfortable troubleshooting APIs and using tools such as Postman or similar
• Working knowledge of SQL for investigation and data validation
• Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, payments, transport, other transaction-heavy platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and modern support tools
• Exposure to incident management, ITIL practices, structure post-incident reviews
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A practical, calm and curious approach to solving problems
