Scope & Responsibilities:
- Drive onboarding flows for merchants across CP and CNP channels.
- Define integration requirements for UPI enablement, including BIN ingestion, tokenisation, and fraud monitoring.
- Support chargeback process discovery and exception handling.
- Coordinate across product, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Lead requirements elicitation and support the squad to break down work into user stories.
- Provide support and participate in testing activities, including system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
Skills Required:
- Experience in merchant onboarding, especially with scheme-specific flows.
- Strong understanding of payments integration, chargebacks, and fraud controls.
- Ability to manage cross-stream dependencies and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working on Connex and knowledge of transaction acquiring and switching, AS2805 messages, terminals, ecommerce, pricing and billing, onboarding, chargebacks, and other exception processing.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum seven yearsā business analysis experience.
- Experience working on technology-enabled projects/programs.
- Drive to learn and grow in a complex environment.
- Experience working on eftpos compliance updates (desirable).
- Familiarity with CBA frameworks such as GDF, SDLC, Pace (desirable).
- Understanding of BABOKĀ® Knowledge Areas including Agile ways of working (desirable).
- Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications (desirable).
- Functional knowledge of Confluence and Jira tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Data-driven process improvement mindset.
