Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is required for this position.
- AU-Secret (NV1) clearance is required.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
- The role involves supporting Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation activities within CAMO and related DASR 21/ DASR M services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to Base Maintenance on behalf of Air Mobility Group A93 as the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).
- Support the associated Supply / Procurement teams.
- May be engaged to support Line Maintenance (33 Squadron) or other Continuing / Continuing Airworthiness activities, including Design / Military Type Certificate Holder (MTCH) Services under DASR 21, Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) Services under DASR M and other Technical Services supporting Aircraft Sustainment.
- Work within a team of Engineers and Technical Service Officers to deliver required outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders within the NGA 145 MO, 33 Squadron (33SQN) and AMG (A93) to promote a culture of integrated support and delivery.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor within the E&TS team.
- Carry out limited supervisory responsibilities (indirect for tasking, resource allocation and prioritisation).
