JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- 5 years industry experience in one or more role specific technical domains.
- Over 3 years experience in the application of analysis tools and techniques
- 5 years experience in complex business process re-engineering, data analysis, and system functional /non functional analysis.
- Over 3 years experience in facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users.
- Experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and helping communicate/drive/document the ‘Financial Crimes System’ impacts associated with the evolution and uplift in Financial Crimes Management at Westpac, including related UNITE initiatives.
- Assist in the design of user access to the banks Financial Crimes systems.
- Migration of data from legacy to new systems.
- Data analysis.
- Translation of business processes to technical specifications.
- Across multiple parallel delivery projects
