Requirements
- Qualification in Business or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the project management lifecycle.
- Proficiency in earned value management system tools such as Cobra.
- Experience with Primavera and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of schedule health checks.
- Expertise in scheduling using Program Evaluation and Review Technique and Critical Path Method analysis.
- Experience with financial and budgetary control.
- Australian citizenship to be eligible for clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain earned value management data for project schedules.
- Ensure accurate representation of work progress and control deviations.
- Maintain project management artifacts, including the work breakdown structure, organizational breakdown structure, and responsibility assignment matrix.
- Implement and maintain the earned value management system and analyze variances.
- Plan and schedule work using tools such as Primavera.
- Prepare inputs for monthly project management office reporting and customer deliverables.
- Drive the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline.
- Support risk and opportunities assessments.
- Foster a cooperative working relationship within the team.
- Assist with financial data analysis and support junior team members.
