JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including substantial experience operating at a senior Business Analyst level within complex, highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading business analysis across large-scale system and compliance programs.
- Deep expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process improvement across People, Process, Technology, and Governance domains.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with senior business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Extensive experience documenting current and future state processes using process mapping tools such as MS Visio.
- Skilled in defining clear and testable acceptance criteria, with end-to-end traceability from requirements through to deployment and post-implementation validation.
- Demonstrated ability to support test strategy and planning, review test cases and outcomes, and coordinate resolution of defects in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills, particularly when engaging across diverse groups and senior leaders.
