Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant corporate experience with demonstrated analytical capability.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Advanced data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Produce topical reports, quarterly market updates, and strategic analysis on hotel market trends.
- Support the Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets and VARA teams with insights that inform client investment strategies and business decisions.
- Deliver industry presentation materials and produce or contribute to press releases.
- Build and maintain comprehensive datasets tracking the Australasian hotels and hospitality market.
- Work with APAC and global research colleagues to provide Australian market context and contribute to regional research initiatives.
- Present directly to major investors, developers, and lenders, translating complex market data into actionable investment insights.
Desired Qualifications
- Research experience is preferred but not required.
- An undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or an analytical discipline is highly valued.
