As an Associate Director of Regulatory Change & Enablement, you will lead regulatory change initiatives and enablement activities for a global financial services technology firm in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

* Lead regulatory change programs and enablement initiatives across the organisation.
* Partner with stakeholders to interpret regulatory requirements and assess business impacts.
* Develop and implement frameworks for regulatory engagement and change management.
* Provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters affecting financial services operations.

Qualifications Needed:

* Mid-senior level experience in regulatory change, compliance, or related financial services roles.
* Strong understanding of Australian financial services regulatory environment.
* Experience managing complex regulatory programs and stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
