As a Proprietary Trading Business Development Lead, you will develop institutional and high-frequency trading relationships in Australia, expanding the client base for a proprietary trading technology platform.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop relationships with institutional and high-frequency trading firms
* Drive business development and commercial negotiations for trading technology offerings
* Build market intelligence on trading firms and opportunities across Australia
* Collaborate with product and technology teams to align offerings with trader requirements

Qualifications Needed:

* Business development experience within trading, capital markets or financial technology
* Understanding of proprietary trading, high-frequency trading and market microstructure
* Strong network and relationship-building skills within the Australian trading community
* Excellent commercial negotiation and communication abilities
