JOB  DETAILS

• • Support month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, clearing entries, data validation and close reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain OneStream entries, reconciliations, loader files and supporting schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with statutory reporting, audit requests, balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting, budgeting and forecasting files, including data updates, reconciliations, quality checks and management reporting support.

  Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining organised working papers, process documentation and finance controls.

• • Exposure to a diverse range of financial accounting, reporting and FP&A activities.

• CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent professional accounting qualification) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles with exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting or audit support activities.
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations, formulas, data validation and reporting file management.
• Exposure to OneStream and ERP systems such as SAP, JDE or similar will be highly regarded.

A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
